2026 Applications for Grade RR (Pre-Reception class turning 5 the year of acceptance), Grade R (Reception class turning 6 the year of acceptance) AND Grade 1 will open on 11 March 2025 and close on 15 April 2025.

• Please note that the Grade RR (Pre-Reception) applications must be done directly to the school by completing the Rhenish Primary Expression of Interest form.
• Grade R and Grade 1 applications must be done via the WCED online portal OR by completing the WCED Application Form and delivering it to the Admissions Secretary at school between 08:00 and 15:00.

2026 Applications for Grade 2 to Grade 7 will open on 4 August 2025 and close on 18 August 2025.

• Grade 2 to 7 applications via the WCED online portal.

The outcome of the application can be viewed on the WCED online portal by logging into your profile. Please ensure that you provide the correct details.
