2027 Applications for Grade RR (Pre-Reception class turning 5 the year of acceptance), Grade R (Reception class turning 6 the year of acceptance) AND Grade 1 will open on 10 March 2026 and close on 14 April 2026.

• Grade RR (Pre-Reception) applications must be submitted directly to the school by completing the Rhenish Primary Expression of Interest form.
• Grade R and Grade 1 applications must be done via the WCED online portal. 

2027 Applications/Transfer Requests for Grade 2 to Grade 7 will open on 3 August 2026 and close on 17 August 2026.

• Grade 2 to 7 applications/transfer requests must be done via the WCED online portal.

The outcome of the application can be viewed on the WCED online portal by logging in to your profile. Please ensure that you provide the correct details.
